How do we get the most from one shoot?
Plan it as a content day, not a single deliverable. One well-planned shoot day can yield a hero film, leadership interviews and a bank of social cutdowns, far better value than booking three separate shoots.
Why do quotes vary so much?
Crew experience, equipment and what's included in the edit. You get what you pay for: the cheapest quote usually means a junior crew, one revision and no sound design. A corporate film represents the company for years, it's the wrong place to save.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most productions, enough for a proper pre-production call, location planning and scheduling around your leadership team's calendars.
