retainer include in dubai?
Two retainers can cost the same and contain completely different jobs. Before you compare prices, compare what's inside, this is the checklist we'd want a client to hold us to.
- content made in-house
- shoot days built in
- reporting on outcomes, not followers

asked often.
What must a proper retainer include?
Six things: strategy, a monthly content calendar, shoot days at your venue, editing, publishing, and community management, plus a report showing what the content did. If any are missing, the gaps land back on your plate.
What do cheap retainers usually leave out?
The shoot days and the thinking. Content becomes stock and Canva templates that look like everyone else, and the report is a follower screenshot. You get what you pay for, a retainer with real production inside it costs more because it produces work that moves bookings.
How much content should we expect per month?
Enough to be consistent with quality, not a quota of filler. For most Dubai venues that's roughly two strong reels a week plus stills and stories; a launch or campaign month needs more. The calendar should flex around your events, not a fixed template.
How should results be reported?
Against outcomes: reach, saves, profile visits, enquiries, bookings, with a monthly conversation about what to do more of. Follower counts alone tell you almost nothing about whether the retainer is working.
Partnering up with Four4 Creatives for 14 of our venues has been nothing short of fantastic.
